Amanda Millman brings together over 15 years of experience in both luxury hospitality and healthcare leadership to create a truly personalized approach to healthcare navigation.
She began her career in Guest Relations Management at The Ritz-Carlton, serving four Southeastern properties over seven years. There, she mastered the art of anticipatory service—skills she now applies to support individuals and businesses through the often overwhelming healthcare system.
Amanda went on to lead Business and Network Development for a major South Florida health system, working across pediatric and adult populations. Her experience gave her a front-row seat to the gaps and frustrations patients face every day.
With degrees in Hospitality Management (University of Central Florida) and an Executive Master of Healthcare Administration (Florida Atlantic University), Amanda founded Hospitality Health to bring clarity, compassion, and concierge-level support to those who need it most.

Mara McGinnis, MHA
Director of Client Experience
Mara McGinnis, MHA serves as the Director of Client Experience at Hospitality Health, where she plays an integral role in care coordination and ensuring each client’s healthcare journey is guided with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Mara holds a Bachelor’s in Public Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Scranton.
She brings a strong background in physician relations, business development, and project management—particularly within pediatric care—at one of the nation’s largest public health systems.
Known for her ability to build trust with both families and providers, Mara is deeply committed to delivering meaningful, personalized experiences that align with the mission of Hospitality Health.
