I cannot say enough about Amanda and the incredible advocacy she provided for my mother during one of the most difficult and overwhelming experiences our family has ever faced. When my 73 year old mother was hospitalized for over 44 days and wrongfully denied coverage for acute inpatient rehabilitation by her insurance company, Amanda was in our corner every single step of the way.Navigating the healthcare and insurance system is incredibly complex and intimidating. Amanda helped us understand our rights, guided us through multiple levels of appeals, and was a calm and knowledgeable voice when we felt completely defeated. She went above and beyond in every sense of the words and her dedication to my mother’s case was nothing short of remarkable.Because of Amanda’s advocacy my mother was protected from unsafe placement, received the intensive rehabilitation she needed, and was ultimately discharged and returned home. I truly do not know where we would be without her.If you or a loved one are facing a complex medical or insurance situation and need someone truly in your corner Amanda is that person. Amanda definitely is a godsend. Super clutch!!!! She understood my situation and the timeliness of the matter. Her execution on handling my situation is unmatched. I needed a PCP and a cardiologist immediately to pass my physical. I struggled for a week trying to get an appointment with a PCP which I needed to get a referral to see a cardiologist. The next week I’m in contact with Amanda and give her all my info. She got me a PCP and appt for the following day. Went to the appt and got the referral and by the time I made it back home, Amanda called me with the cardiologist info and appt for the following day. She even helped me get my records updated on my insurance. Whatever the problem was she had the solution. Best experience!!! 5 star!!! #1 Recommended!!!

Amanda is nothing short of a godsend. On top of being new parents and all the chaos that come with that, navigating the health system is so daunting. Amanda made it easy and pleasant. She got us in with the best doctors, quickly, is incredibly communicative and thorough, and a complete joy to work with. Most importantly, she CARES. I wish we could clone Amanda for every other facet of our life.

I am so grateful to have found Amanda. After tirelessly trying to get an endocrinologist appointment for my son, the earliest I was offered was April 2026. I turned to Amanda, and she was able to secure an appointment the very next week, this was back in June. I needed her help again this week for another endocrinologist appointment, and once again she came through, this time within just two days. She is understanding, responds quickly, and is incredibly compassionate. I highly recommend her services!

I dreaded trying to find a new physician and get new patient appointments for myself and my husband, which was usually a stressful and time consuming process that resulted in an appointment week or months later and at an inconvenient time. Amazing white glove service! They assisted in scheduling appointment with an amazing specialist for the following week. The Hospitality Health team picked up hand delivered test results to the specialist and worked closely with my PCP to ensure the specialist had all the appropriate documentation needed for my appointment. Which would have been a nightmare with my busy schedule. I highly recommend their services!
