Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 13, 2026
Welcome to Hospitality Health. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hospitality Health website and the services, information, and resources offered through it. By accessing this website, submitting information through our forms, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Hospitality Health
Hospitality Health provides concierge healthcare navigation, coordination, advocacy, administrative support, and healthcare-related training services for individuals, families, businesses, organizations, and their employees.
Our services may include appointment scheduling and reminders, care navigation support, coordination between healthcare offices, insurance verification and coordination, assistance identifying healthcare providers and specialists, personalized concierge support, and team training.
Specific services, fees, responsibilities, and limitations may also be governed by a separate service agreement between Hospitality Health and the client.
2. We Do Not Provide Medical Care or Medical Advice
Hospitality Health is a healthcare navigation and concierge service and is not a medical provider.
Hospitality Health does not practice medicine and does not provide medical diagnoses, medical advice, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or other clinical services.
Information provided by Hospitality Health is intended to assist clients with navigating and coordinating healthcare services and should not replace the advice of a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional.
All decisions regarding medical care, treatment, medications, diagnoses, and healthcare providers should be made in consultation with appropriate licensed healthcare professionals.
3. Emergency Medical Situations
Hospitality Health is not an emergency medical service.
If you believe you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention from an appropriate emergency healthcare provider.
Do not use our website, contact forms, email, or concierge services as a substitute for emergency medical care.
4. Healthcare Provider Recommendations and Availability
Hospitality Health may assist clients in identifying healthcare providers, specialists, facilities, or other healthcare resources based on factors such as the client’s needs, location, insurance participation, specialty, and appointment availability.
We cannot guarantee:
- The availability of any healthcare provider or appointment
- That a provider will accept a particular insurance plan
- The quality or outcome of services provided by a third-party healthcare professional
- That a particular provider will ultimately be the best clinical choice for a client’s condition
- That an appointment can be obtained within a specific timeframe
Healthcare providers and facilities operate independently from Hospitality Health unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Insurance Verification and Coordination
Hospitality Health may assist clients with verifying insurance information, benefits, network participation, authorizations, and other insurance-related matters.
Insurance coverage and benefits are ultimately determined by the applicable insurance company and policy. Information provided by an insurer or healthcare provider may change or be incomplete.
Hospitality Health does not guarantee coverage, reimbursement, authorization, eligibility, network status, or the amount a client may ultimately owe for healthcare services.
Clients should review their insurance policies and contact their insurer directly when necessary to confirm final coverage and financial responsibility.
6. Client Responsibilities
To provide effective services, Hospitality Health may rely upon information supplied by clients, family members, employers, healthcare providers, insurers, and other third parties.
You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and to notify Hospitality Health when relevant information changes.
Hospitality Health is not responsible for delays, errors, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or withheld information.
7. Privacy and Health Information
Hospitality Health respects the sensitive nature of personal and healthcare-related information.
Information submitted through our website or provided while using our services will be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy practices and policies.
Because ordinary website contact forms and email communications may not always be appropriate for sensitive medical information, please avoid submitting detailed medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms unless specifically instructed to do so through an appropriate method.
8. Business and Employee Services
When Hospitality Health provides services through an employer, organization, or other business client, the availability and scope of services may depend upon that organization’s agreement with Hospitality Health.
Hospitality Health’s services are designed to complement an organization’s existing healthcare benefits and employee resources. They do not constitute health insurance and do not replace an employer-sponsored health plan.
9. Training Services
Hospitality Health may provide educational and training programs relating to patient experience, communication, hospitality, phone etiquette, service recovery, and related topics.
Training materials are provided for educational purposes and may be customized for participating organizations. Training does not constitute medical, legal, employment, regulatory, or compliance advice.
Organizations remain responsible for their own policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, employee supervision, and compliance obligations.
10. Website Information

12. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website or services may reference or link to third-party websites, healthcare providers, insurers, facilities, or other resources.
Hospitality Health does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, services, security practices, or actions.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hospitality Health shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our navigation and concierge services.
Hospitality Health is not responsible for the independent medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, actions, omissions, or outcomes of physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals, insurers, pharmacies, laboratories, or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
